Built in 1903 with the Name Hotel Estacada. This fine hotel and restaurant was Estacada's most recognizable landmark welcoming tourist from Portland.  In 1929 it was renamed The Promenade Hotel until it's demise in 1936 when it burned in a grand fire.  Estacada City Hall now sits on the old hotel site.
